Carteret’s mojo band

Led by guitarist and singer Carteret Banks, Carteret’s Mojo Band melds the feel-good vibes of Muddy Waters, Hank Sr, Bob Marley, John Prine to create one-of-a-king roots-driven groove music. Based in East Tennessee, the Mojo Band regularly tours throughout the southeast, spreading community through its ever-widening rotating cast of musicians. The Mojo Band also hosted South Knoxville’s-own Flow Jam Festival from 2021-2023, a day-long celebration of music, flow, and sustainable living, as well as Honky Tonk Night in the Scruffy City.
